It was opened on 30/12/1416 H. This museum is considered a documentary center regarding
all materials related to domestic security sectors since the unification of
the Kingdom. The museum contains
a number of important obtained materials in the field of arms and security
equipments in addition to samples of military mechanisms and plans. The museum also comprises some old
photographs, citizenship cards, citizenship books, passports and auto plates.
The museum include a special section showing the plan for
1373H, pilgrimage in addition to instructions and organizations of the
traffic, one of the important documents is Diriyah convention between Imam
Mohammed bin Saud and Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab. It also contains the photos of
Ministers of Interior since 1351 H.

Visits are special and arranged by coordinating with the
authority of the museum.
