The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh has
contributed to establish a park to take its name. The park covers an area of 25,000 square-meters. The Chamber has given the park to the
Secretariat of Riyadh City in 1411H, in the occasion of its 50th anniversary.
Location
The park lies west of Eid Prayer place in Malaz along
Al Ahsa road extension near King Faisal Air College.
Tree Planting
Planting
was planned on various levels in consideration to the location. There are three green areas designed
as polygonal opposite to the gate.
There are green hills on the Eastern and Western sides with trees, bushes,
and flowers beds.
Water Pools
The
fountain represents the logo of the Chamber in Riyadh. In the middle there is a 12 meter
tower where water flows from top of the tower. The tower is surrounded by six gears as cogged quadrant
arches from above. This group is
surrounded by another group of circular fountains with changing colors when
operated. The gate waterfall is
graded and water flows smoothly.
