Al-Nasr Club

Al-Nasr club was founded on Monday 7/3/1375H (24/10/1955) by a group of students headed by Zaid bin Mutlaq Al-Gaba and  his brother Hussein.  They were supported by Ali Al-Uwais, Eyssa Al-Uwais, Nasser bin Nafissah and Abdulrahman Al-Hoban.

All of them agreed that the house of Zaid Al-Gaba which located at Al-Ataif street in Riyadh is the temporary center for club at the beginning.

 

Prominent symbols of Al-Nasr Club

Prince Abdulrahman bin Saud is deemed as the most prominent person in Al-Nasr club. He had played major role in the victories of Al-Nasr that have been achieved during the past years which entitled the team to be one of the greatest club not only at the level of the Kingdom but also at the level of Arabic world. Al-Nasr is the first Saudi team at the level of Asia and Arabic world to participate in the first championship of world clubs.

 

Clubs’ Championships

·     Al-Nasr club achieved more than 20 championships in the super class football competition at the level of the Kingdom.

·     Second class champion in 1383H.

·     Crown Prince cup in 1393H.

·     The King cup in 1394H.

·     Classified Tournament champions cup 1396H.

·     Super tournament champions in 1400H.

·     The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosque Periodic Cup in 1414H.

·     Gulf club champions in 1415H.

·     Asian cup in 1418H.

 

Stars of the Team

This club contain a group of prominent footballers who effected the sport activities in our country as well as at the level of their club. The  stars are, not confining to, Majed Abdullah, Mabrouk Turki, Saeed Gurab, Yosuf Khamess, Mehaisin Al-Gamaan, Salim Murwan, Fahad Al-Heraifi, Abdullah Abdu Rabu, Ebrahim Mater Al-Harbi, Hussein Azmegan, lera (Brazilian), Uwhein (Canadian).
