With the support of Allah, the
All-Mighty, ArRiyadh has attained a distinguished position among the
world’s capitals. During the
past two decades, Riyadh city had witnessed great leaps in all aspects of
life, the matter that places it at the front of the advanced cities.
Riyadh city as a contemporary
city, is enjoying many requisites and characteristics that classified it as
one of the remarkable capitals due to the geographical location, strong
political, administrative and financial status as a capital of the
country. It is also
accommodating the public utilities, general services, highly advanced
communication systems and strong productive economy in all commercial, industrial
and service fields.
Whereas ADA is highly concerned
by the technical and IT development of the city, in addition to the total
planning and development works of the city. It was then essential to benefit of information
technology and internet to show the values, history, culture and projects
of the city to the whole world.
It is also keen to provide citizens and visitors with modern and
advanced database covering city activities and services, more over to
economic, cultural health and scientific information.
Therefore, it is my pleasure and
proud to inaugurate ADA website in this flourishing decade, to serve city
population and visitors, and to reflect the bright cultural face of this
deeply rooted city.
I pray to Allah, the All-Mighty,
to continue development and growth march witnessed by all cities and
regions of the Kingdom under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two
Holy Mosques King Fahad bin Abdulaziz. May Allah save him and guide him to success with HRH the
honorable Crown Prince.
