This project has been established on 10,049 square-meters
and consists of two sections, one for the buildings and the other for outside
works and coordination of sites.
The first section consists of three buildings; the
main building 3,968 square-meters and includes the Office of the Regional
Representative, employee’s offices, multi purpose hall, praying place,
library and cafeteria. It
includes also the recreational building of 1,426 square-meters consisting of
swimming pool, hall for children toys, and gymnastics hall. This section includes also a building
for services with area of 80 square-meters.
The second section of the project of 3,804 square-meters
includes agricultural works, pedestrian crossing, asphalt roads, 59 parking
places. The area of these roads
covers 1916 square-meters.
ADA in the design of this project gave great
concern for the beauty of
the building. It was designed in
a circular shape with glass walls suiting the round shape. The outer wall is made from recast
concrete. The total cost of the
building reached 1,566,182 Riyals.
