Traffic Safety for Arriyadh phase I Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA), had developed Road Safety Strategy for the city of Arriyadh in 2004. The strategy has been approved by the High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh. And it is currently being implemented. This report outlines the first phase of the study “Establishing the facts” commenced on 31 August 2002.
